Profile contains Notes and Finance export and backup controls. Keep an independent export before a major restore. Read any replacement confirmation carefully; restoring a backup can replace current data.

The details that matter

Offline changes remain local until sync acknowledges them. Distinct conflicting versions are preserved for review. Application-managed restricted recovery snapshots expire within 30 days. An export you already downloaded is outside account deletion and stays under your control.
