The initial rate proposal is one Spark for each $0.001 of a successful AI request’s provider cost, rounded up. A small document may use a few Sparks; a longer or more complex file can use more. This is a rate proposal, not an active account meter.

Clear costs before activation.
- A rate card and account meter must be available before credit enforcement begins.
- Monthly subscription Sparks are planned to reset monthly, without cash value or automatic top-ups.
- Cached results and reopening a saved scan should not consume new Sparks. Any retry or failure charging rules must be shown before activation.
- Manual Notes and Finance do not require an AI scan. There is no unlimited AI, SMS or bank-refresh promise.
- Provider rates can change; the service rate card can change separately from the four base subscription prices, with notice before new charges.

The limits, without the mystery.
Current Notes file uploads are capped at 8 MB per file and 4 MB per Note document. Paystub original storage accepts up to 25 MB; AI reading accepts up to 8 MB. The current shared request safety limit is 120 requests per minute per client; login attempts and scans have additional limits. None of those safety limits guarantees a throughput rate or establishes a paid tier.
Storage, downloads and extras
Proposed storage counts original attachments once, excluding duplicate server backup copies. Ordinary downloads are intended to be included, subject to abuse protection. Optional additional storage is proposed at $1 per 10 GB monthly. No automatic overage billing is active. Final retention and quota enforcement must be in place before paid subscriptions open.
Bank connections, phone numbers and messages
Plaid is awaiting approval. Phone numbers, SMS and calls are planned features. Connection eligibility, region, service rates and spending caps must be shown before those services can be activated. They are not included as unlimited benefits in these prices.
Gifts, cancellation and refunds
Gifting is planned, and no gift payment is accepted here. Purchase terms, renewals, cancellations, refunds and applicable app-store rules must be displayed at checkout before billing launches. Contact support with any access or payment question.
