01About this policy
These terms cover the current Unseriety website and iOS services operated by Phaze 2 LLC, doing business as GoPhaze. By using them you agree to use the services lawfully and respect other people’s rights.
02Your account and content
Provide accurate information when arranging account access. Keep your credentials private and report suspected unauthorized access. You retain rights to your original content. You allow us to process, store and display it as necessary to provide the features you choose, including intentional publication.
03Acceptable use
Do not use the service for illegal content, fraud, harassment, malware, unauthorized access, credential collection, impersonation or infringement. Do not attempt to access another person’s account, bypass safety limits or interfere with service availability. We may restrict abusive access and investigate reports.
04Finance and AI tools
Finance is a recordkeeping and planning tool, not banking, tax, legal or investment advice. It does not move money. Optional AI output can be wrong; compare it with the source and approve fields yourself. Plaid connections are not active. Do not rely on an estimate as a guaranteed balance or future earning.
05Availability and changes
Current access is developmental and some features are still planned. The roadmap is direction, not a delivery commitment. We may change or suspend features for security, reliability or operational reasons. Keep independent exports of important content; availability and recovery are not guaranteed.
06Subscriptions and purchases
Paid checkout is not enabled on this website. Displayed tiers and allowances are proposals. Specific prices, taxes, renewal, cancellation, refund and usage terms must be displayed before any purchase. No optional paid service is activated through the homepage demonstrations.
07Sharing and ending access
You choose what to publish and remain responsible for rights to that material. Copies retained by others cannot be recalled. You can request account deletion in Profile; the privacy notice explains scope and recovery limitations. Contact us about access problems or to report abuse.
08Responsibility and disputes
To the extent permitted by applicable law, services are provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or error-free AI results. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Contact tonideb@gophaze.com to raise an issue before pursuing other remedies.
09Privacy and account security
We do not sell personal information. Our permission to process your content is limited to providing and protecting the features you choose and meeting applicable obligations. Keep passkeys and recovery phrases private. A password-and-phrase recovery resets enrolled authenticator factors and sessions but leaves existing passkeys saved. Contact us promptly if access appears compromised.
10Optional financial connections
Plaid bank linking remains inactive and these terms do not authorize a bank connection or money movement. Any activation requires a separate consent flow explaining the actual data requested and its purposes. Unseriety is the intended application under Phaze 2 LLC, doing business as GoPhaze.
